As UX Lead for Spotahome’s tenant facing site, I was tasked with designing AB tests with the aim of increasing the booking request conversion rate.
Working within a boutique agency, I led three days of workshops with the aim of agreeing representative customer personas, documenting their customer journey, and defining tailored product propositions for a b2b client.
As Lead UX I was asked to redesign this critically important page template, optimizing the design to attract and convert organic search traffic.
Mobile-first site redesign covering competitor analysis, journey mapping, requirements gathering, design prototyping and testing.
Managed UX research projects including card-sorting and tree testing to inform site information architecture, guerrilla testing and lab testing.
Projects included designing responsive sites for BMS and GSK. Also a major strategic audit of ViiV Healthcare’s entire digital portfolio.
